Unclear how to proceed with my contract

Hello everyone, 

I am posting this here because it was impossible to clear this up with anyone via the English hotline.

I ordered an unlimited contract online using the self-employed" option. After a few days now I have no idea where I am supposed to send the proof that I am self-employed. Can someone help me with this? 

Also, when I go to MeinVodafone app, I see that the internet data shows 30 GB only and not unlimited like I originally ordered. I have both Vodafone cables and this new phone contract (sim card only, no mobile). 

Can someone please reach out to me so I can give you my details?

One more question. Are physical vodafone shops supposed to help with online contracts? I went to one and they told me that they can't help with any contract ordered online. Seems a bit strange.

I submitted the proof since 3-4 days now and I haven't received any SMS for confirmation. 

How to make sure it went through?
