SIM card not working

Hello,

 

I recently signed a contract with Vodafone for a SIM card (with a new phone number) and Internet connection. 

While the router was delivered and I could log to MeinVodafone using credentials listed in the documents (attached in the router package), I can't log into MeinVodafon using the credentials listed in the agreement for the SIM card (my client number and the password agreed upon in the store). Also my SIM card is still not working even though I signed all documents on Wednesday 30.08.2023. I also don't see anywhere any information regarding my new phone number - where can I find it? 

 

Of course, when I log into MeinVodafone using Internet credentials, I see only the agreement for the internet, I can't find anywhere the agreement for SIM card linked to the account...
