Hello,
I moved out of Germany as of 16th May 2022. A day before, I shipped back the home internet rooter to Vodafone as their advice for the contract termination.
As of today 14th July, Vodafone still gets me a bill.
The latest one is the invoice #00071464088/22/07 issued on 8th July, for your information.
Curious point is that I have managed to communicate with the human operator via TOBi platform.
I managed it by sending a lot of texts in English, as regrettably I'm not able to write in German...
After some texting, the operator confirmed that the all bills after my relocation out of Germany have been dismissed. (I have the operator's name if necessary)
However, alas, the invoice is still delivered to my email address.
After the texting opprotunity above, the TOBi platform shuts down the communication in English, then I was advised to gather around in this community...
Please no longer send me any invoice under the old client #***.
Somehow the latest invoice shows my current address(NOT in Germany), so Vodafone knows I am not in Germany...
I keep requesting refund on my internet banking platform monthly for this issue.

Let's find out together what exactly is going on with you and why my colleagues keep sending you bills. Please be so kind and send us a private message with the following data: Customer number, name, address, date of birth, state and current mobile phone number.
Only then can we check together what is going on.
