Hello. Sorry I can only speak English. Could anyone help?
I had a contract card with Vodafone for 2-year which ended yesterday, and before that I was told it will be turned to prepaid mode after that.
Yesterday I find my number is no longer active, so I went to shop and bought a recharge card. However, I cannot login to the app or online anyway (maybe because I never login before). Besides, I cannot call the service line since my number is no longer active. Even worse, the Vodafone shops are all closed due to the current situation.
I am currently really in need to use this number and I don't know what I need to do. Could anyone help me? Many thanks in advance!

Hello,
If your number has been changed to CallYa, please switch the phone off and on again.
The number should then be available again and you can top up the credit.
