Hello,
I contacted Vodafone customer service today to extend my cable contract. Since I don't know German, I spoke English. However, the support team accidentally ordered a SIM card contract - Vodafone FamilyCard S.
I would like to cancel it, but unfortunately, I don't speak German. It would be great if someone could share the details of the cancellation.
