Can someone reach me explaining the bill I have received for newly signed contract for 2 mobile sim cards?

 

So far I tried calling the vodafone hotline, spoke with one operator with bad english, without any help. Tried with the word "operator" when called hotline, also resulted in no help. Tried chat via whatsapp, horrible expirience, at the end they pointed me to write my question on the portal. I did that and got explanation of the bill for my cable internet that I have from vodafone, not the one I signed (and I think I god scammed by vodafone employee) as now I will pay even more for the less GB in each number I have signed for. I really am regretting for signing the contract to move from o2 to vodafone.

The first invoice is normally higher than expected.

so, the problem is also that I haven't used those sim cards, only one, just to test the 5g connection at home, which was also the reason why I am moving from o2 to vodafone. now, it seems I have to pay to vodafone for entire month that I was not using those two sim cards too.

 

I still need to migrate my numbers to those two sim cards from o2. how? I really don't know, but the guy in vodafone shop told me that he will do it?

 

I guess I need to give him a visit.

As I wrote in my first posting the first invoice is higher as expected.

 

You was charge for 2 time periods. First period is from 11.11.2024 - 14.11.2024 (beginning of your contract) and the second period is from 15.11.2024 - 14.12.2024 (tariff price in advance.). With Vodafone you will be charged in advance. That's the reason the first invoice is always higher.

 

At the invoice is the activation fee (39,99) in the first position. Then you see the partial (anteilig 4 Tage) price for your current accounting period and the tariff price in advance (im Voraus). From that sum VF deducted your rebate.

 

71,02 € for your first sim card

17,83 for your second sim card (family card). 

 

The invoice is correct in my opinion. The next invoice is definetly not so high. 

 

When your contract by O2 ended you can port your numbers to these contract. Information about number portability you can find at this kb-article

Ok, but why should I pay vodafone services if I am not using it yet, as my number is not moved to vodafone.

Mobile operators usually pays for the other operator costs when you are moving to them, or am I wrong?

Also I still can't find that bill on my vodafone portal, only the bill for the cable internet I am using from vodafone.

You signed a contract with VF. Invoicing starts with signing the contract. In your case 11.11.2024. 

I'm also a customer only. We don't know the spoken details of your contract. 

 

When will end your contract by O2? Did you cancel your contract by O2 and have you confirmation of your cancellation?
