Hello
I am both a Vodafone Kabel (home Wifi) customer and a Vodafone Mobile customer.
For the past 2 months, my home wifi has been so bad, I have to work using my mobile data (via hotspot to my laptop). I would like some compensation from Vodafone to cover this - so at least 50GB given to my mobile interet use.
How can I make this happen? I have tried ringing so many phone numbers, but my German isn't good and I can't solve the issue with anyone.
Thanks for any help you can give me. Please let me know if you need my customer reference numbers for my Kabel or mobile.

did you report the malfunction of your connection? Please also answer in advance in which federal state you live and how the fault manifested itself.

Hi Martin
I have reported it to Kabel customer service. They said there is an issue in my area (10969, Berlin) and they are fixing it.
I am just struggling to find the right people to speak to to give me compensation to my mobile data.
