Issues with adding a new phone contract to my existing MeinVodafone account

I am already a Vodafone customer with a landline and I also recently got a Black Friday phone contract.

I have followed the eSIM setup email by logging into my Vodafone account and then adding the Phone contract using the customer number and customer password.

After doing that the eSIM activation part tells me that it's not possible to activate my SIM with the type of contract that I have.
Also the phone contract in my Vodafone account does not show any details of my tariff, and when I try to add participants with the phone number and customer password from the eSIM activation email I get an error.

I have no idea what to do, I attached a few photos.
