I accidentally sent 2 payments without concept to Vodafone and I am not able to get help because everything is in German. I am currently not in Germany. My line also is not active because the payments did not have the concept to be recognized by the system. Please help. I need my phone to work or I cannot pay rent.

I'm sorry , but i don't know what "concept" means in this case.
You've transferred money to us , without a correct reference / intended purpose , so that we cannot find for what mobilenumber the payment was ?
Feel free to send me a private message with your mobilenumber/Passwort & all information you have regarding the money transfer (date, amount , from & to which iban).
I'll ask my colleages from the payment department to locate the funds.
