English Help Needed - Cancellation of Easy Travel Tag

Hello,

I need your help about Easy Travel Tag. I am in Turkey for the last two days. Although I didn't use any data and cancelled Data Roaming option from my phone, I see that Easy Travel Tag was booked twice for data usage. I didn't send any sms or call anyone. I cannot cancel Easy Travel Tag online. Please cancel it immediately. I don't want to pay 5,99 euro everyday despite any usage.

Easy Travel Tag is an integral part of your mobile phone tariff and cannot be deactivated.

You are obviously using the smartphone unconsciously. Even if this roaming option was deactivated, costs would be charged according to the standard roaming conditions, which could possibly be higher than those of Easy Travel Tag.

Easy Travel Tag is only activated when calls are made (incoming and outgoing), text messages are sent or data is used. Is a mailbox active? Call forwarding to a mailbox also activates Easy Travel Tag for incoming calls. If you have activated call forwarding to a mailbox, you should deactivate it if you want to avoid activation of Easy Travel Tag.

I am conscious enough to know what roaming costs can occur. It is not my first time abroad and this is not my first cellphone contract. I have a local sim card plus eSim of Vodafone Deutschland. I only use local data service and deactivated data roaming for Vodafone Deutschland. I did not forward any calls to mailbox and did not receive any calls. Easy Travel Tag should have not been activated. 
I only want to keep my number reachable in case of emergency. However, if I should pay 5,99euro for everyday even though I don't use any service, it is my right to question it.
