I ordered a phone with contract through a call. My name was spelled wrong so I did not get the device. I called again and they suggested me to order again. I did that but the shipment status has not changed since a week. However, some money was deducted from my bank account.
I tried to call customer service but was not able to clarify the situation as I am not a prolific german speaker. Can anyone help me with this? I thank you in advance!
