I ordered a device with contract last month but I did not get it as my name was misspelled. But I was charged first payment amount for that customer number. I called again and the guy suggested me to order again so I did. I was again charged for the new customer number. But I have not received any device yet. The shipment status in the dhl tracking has not changed since 2 weeks. I have attached a screenshot of the status here. Can anyone help me please!
