Hi!
I had to leave Germany permanently due to unforeseen circumstances - my father has cancer.
I left Germany, deregistered.
Created a special termination request with attached deregister form.
It's been couple of weeks and no response.
So I already paid for contract again. Despite being abroad and not using the phone at all.
I just need that money for my father.
Whom can I contact to make it a little bit faster? So I wouldn't pay for next month?

Where did you send the termination to and do you use a phone from us? How long has the contract been running?

Thanks for the answer!
I used contract termination form in MeinVodafone. Here's Id: xxxx.
Contract has been running since July, I think. Unfortunately, I have lived in Germany for less than 4 months - June - September.
I tried to call from my home country, but had some complications... I had only 2 months of German language studying so I cannot follow the robot 😞 I am sorry for this.
