Hi there,
It appears the Black week 20% discount has gone missing from my bill. I requested an e-sim for my new device in November, which is on the invoice, along with the final reference to the 20% black week recurring discount.
Since checking my invoice for December 2022, the 20% black week recurring discount is no longer showing.
Previously the discount was showing as "Aktion: Black Week 20% Vorteil auf Basispreis und Hardwarezuzahlung"
Please can you check to see why this was removed? I feel this has been done in error.

May it be that your mobile contract is from 2020 and that you used the Black Week deal back then?
If that's the case, then your discount simply ran out as it was limited to 24 months.
