I have been desperately trying to get in touch with customer service for the past week as I ordered a phone with a contract and an eSim but have not received the eSim QR code and credentials to be able to activate the cellural plan on my phone. The sim on MeinVodafone seems to be active but I dont have service on my phone.
I called the hotline and they told me they would send the credentials last week but they have not. Then I tried to post on this forum and I was asked to send a personal message but got no response two times in a row.
At this point the phone is useless to me especially without a sim card. I would like to get those credentials ASAP otherwise i would like to return it and cancel the contract and go forward with another company. If you can help with any of those two options it would be greatly appreciated.
