Hi,
Since I have changed my address and internet contract I can't see any details of my services in MeinKabel portal. Customer number remains the same and seems to be correct when I login. Do I need to activate something or add a new contract there to see invoices nad service details?

Hi Bartek1,
when you changed your address and reported that move, it may sometimes happen that this moving order doesn't close properly in our system. In that case a colleague has to check you customer account and fix that.
Unfortunately we can't do that here. Please use one of our other support channels like e.g. Facebook or Twitter. We provide English speaking support there.
