Customer password change

Hello,

 

I have filled “265 Vodafone InfoDok” to set Customer Password for my 4 contacts  (1 Cable + 3 Cellular) and sent the scanned document to kontakt@vodafone.com 1,5 month ago, but there is no response or process to get required changes so I can update my bak details.

 

Does anyone have any idea what to do next?
