I don't speak German, so it was very difficult for me to consult.
Our house is newly built and this is our first move in.
We asked for internet and got a router but couldn't install it.
The installation guide says we need a multimedia adapter because there are two holes. (photo)
Can you help me handle this?
I've tried several calls, but it's too hard to reach an agent.
