Hi,
I signed the contract on May 20, 2022. I received the modem on May 31st, 2022 then I fount the
Home does not have a cable internet outlet to connect the Cable internet modem and my home does not permit drilling to attach the cable outlet. So I couldn't use this cable internet and is not yet activated since I purchased the contract. So I would need help and assistance to cancel my contract as I am not getting any response from the customer care and this is a very serious issue as I dont want to pay for the internet that has not even been activated since months. So please take necessary actions and contact me in person to resolve this issue
could you please help me in canceling my contract.
