Hello,

 

I am not good at speaking German so I need to write this down in English! I received my box and all the documentation on Friday. However, even though I follow the steps correctly I did not receive the internet connection(red light blinking). While I tried to contact customer support, since I do not know to speak German, I could not overcome the issue. I believe a Vodafone representative needs to activate my account. Could you please help me with this matter?
