Hello Team,
.
I write to you in english today. Yesterday I took a vodafone Red internet & phone 100 cable contract for my Munich house over the phone and since the vodafone assistant spoke only german it led to three errors in the contract:
1. my second name is spelt wrong as Sundiaem but my actual full name is Mohan Sunderam ( this needs to be changed as soon as possible as the post box only has Sunderam on it. ( for receiving the router)
2. my contract was supposed to be 0 euros for the first 6 months and then some 30+ euros after that but the current contract shows that I have to pay 19,99 euros from the first month itself
3. I did not want the Sicherheitspaket ( its optional as far as I understood) but the assistant added that to the contract as well.
Kindly let me know how to proceed with this.
