Hello
please see the attached file. It is an email from Vodafone Kabel on March 19 2020. Vodafone Kabel was doing sales and so reduced the tarrif of 1000Mbits Internet subscription to 39.99 euros. However, my December 2020 and January 2021 bills are 63 euros and 68 euros respectively. Why should it be? Please revert to the stated amount of 39.99 euros and refund me the excesses. Thank you.

At this point, my contract is not yet up to 24 months. My fear is that if I change my plan now, it may result to a problem in my billing. I prefer to leave it until the 24 months elapse.

If you change the tariff now, than the contract will continue 12 months from the date of change. So the only thing you have to consider is that your contract can not be terminated before Feb 2022. There would be no issue with billing, however.
And please keep in mind, that such contracts do not terminate automatically after 24 months. If you want to terminate the contract, than you need to send a cancellation notification 3 months in advance. Otherwise it would be extended automatically by another 12 months.

Okay, this is good assurance.
Please, I had initiated a move to transfer to another Internet Service Provider but with this assurance, I am no longer interested in transferring. Just change my tariff to 100Mb/s and I will remain with Vodafone Kabel Deutschland.
You can then cancel my tranfer request please.

Dear Concern,
I have also been charged like this initial in my red cable 19 euro per month charged for 1 year then after that in next year start charging 39 euro. Then suddenly I have seen a charge of 69 euro charge. Don't know on what basis they charge this is really pathetic way to charge in this ... without user content or call. Even when a visit to nearby Vodafone customer shop, Vodafone shop personal is not ready to meet to book the complaint.
I am not able to connect Vodafone customer care due to a German non-speaker.
kindly let me know in what way I can contact and you provide me justification of this bill of April 2021.

@anilkarnal That's all stated on your original order confirmation. For the first 12 months you had a discount tariff of 19,99 Euros, after that initial 12 months the tariff increases to 69,99. The 39 Euro you paid in one months is probably due to the tariff change during one billiing period, so half period with old price and half period with new price.
Typically you had an option of changing to a lower tariff after 12 months, please check your order confirmation for the conditions. Typical options would be like 100MBit/s for 34,99 Euro. If you decide to change now, then your contract would be extended for 12 months from the day of change.
Anyway, please start a new thread if you need more support.
