Wrong Billing

Hello Community...

I changed my internet providor from O2 to Unitymedia(Vodafone) earlier this year, and I was promissed that I would not start paying my Vodafone contract till July21. For my surprise, I got the first deduction from my bank account already in April.. Can you please help me identifying the reason for such early debit?

Did you order a porting through us from your old provider O2? Or did you send us the termination confirmation from O2 separately?
