Hi,
I upgraded my old Internet connection to a higher speed in December, but I just received a bill for the month of January from my previous low-speed contract. I was told that my old contract will be cancelled when my new high speed connection will start. But I still have received the bill for the month of January. Could anyone please check and cancel my old connection?
Thanks in advance.

Hey rihby20,
please send me a private message with your dsl customernumber & password. And your new cable customernumber.
I'll have a look into this.
To send me a private message please click on my name/avatar -> then the big red button on the right side "Sende diesem Nutzer eine private Nachricht".
Cheers,
Andre

Have you changed tariffs or booked an additional contract? The old tariff is only ended when you change tariffs. And which federal state are you from?

Hi,
Thanks for your reply. Yes I moved to a new contract which started from 24.12.2021 but I received the bill for the month of January from my old contract. I live in NRW state. Is it possible to terminate the old contract so that I don't get billed again?

Hey rihby20,
if you just signed a new contract, without any porting of the phonenumber/cancellation order for the old contract , both may run parallel.
I guess you've switch from dsl to internet via cable?

Andre

Hi Andre,
I didn't receive any cancellation order when I switched from DSL to high speed cable - I only received a new Wifi modem and contract with the new terms. How do I get the cancellation order for the previous DSL contract?

Rihab
