Dear all,
Please excuse my English but I'm not (yet) a German speaker. The first week of November I set up a new cable contract with Vodafone, then the 10th I received a letter saying that they would contact my landlord for some permissions and until now nothing happened. My landlord was never contacted, I tried to call the assistance but it was impossible for me to go through the automated registration. They weren't able to help me even in a local shop.
Does someone have any suggestions for me on how to get this sorted? Thank you so much.

Is no one able to help me? I can of course privately provide my personal details as the customer number to let you give a look into my contact informations.
Or I'd also accept to know the right number where to call and the sequence of number to press to talk to an operator. I went to a shop but the guy working there wasn't able to help me.

here you are already right. However, we can not answer immediately, because there is currently a lot going on and the requests are processed chronologically.

Hi Tina, thanks for coming back to me. I sent you the contact details of my landlord with a private message.
However could you please check that my contract is still there? Because from a Vodafone Shop I was told that it was somehow deleted or blocked and I was about to start a new contract. I will wait before confirming the new one but can I kindly ask you to come back to me as soon as you could? (your colleague from the shop is waiting from my info)
