Hello,
I bought a new Vodafone cablemax 1000 connection. And i have tried to connect the router in every way described on the troubleshooting tutorial but there is no internet connection available. The red light keeps blinking and i have waited for hours.
The customer care number doesn't work as they are all in German. Can anyone please help me with this?
My contract start date is 28/10/22

So i had finally been able to connect with an English speaking customer care person and he told me that he has opened a ticket for me and someone will look into it shortly. And now I see that the ticket status shows that the ISSUE HAS BEEN RESOLVED!!
Meanwhile I still have the same problem. How did they close the ticket!
