Hi everybody.
I have a Unitymedia cable internet, and after merging Vodafone and Unitymedia customer portals, I cannot get my contract details.
I did everything as described (added my internet contract to MyVodafone). Still, anytime I try to get any details (bills, data, etc.), it redirects me to https://www.unitymedia.de/kundencenter/meine-rechnungen/alle-rechnungen/, where I tried to log in using my Unitymedia username/password, but because of some reasons, they did not work. After several attempts, I have been blocked and receive a respective message during login.
Does anybody know how to solve this?
