Hi,
My internet connection speedtested shows 100mbit instead of 250. Since three weeks I'm not able to go for my bills "Access Manager for Web" from unitymedia after pressing "Meinerechner", also my internet connection since few weeks started to be really slower - connection is not stable. (latency jumps m / s) It is not possible to play any of the online games because of disconnections. I'm not using WIFI, only straight cable / ethernet connection to PC. It is not problem from my side because internet connection is ok between 7:00 AM and 1:00 PM, after that as spoken above.

Since April 13th, 2021 you have to use MeinVodafone to log into the online customer center, everything else no longer works. The login data remains the same, however, if you already have an account for MeinVodafone, you can simply add the contract as a Unitymedia contract with the customer number and the date of birth of the contract holder. Alternatively, use the suffix -vf after the user name.
