Unitymedia contract switch to vodafone - English Support Request

At the moment have internet and tv from Unitymedia. The contract will be ended in 3 weeks.

I would like to switch to Vodafone CableMax but apparently, things are not as simple as it looks, at least in English.

Any support to the process is much appreciated.
