Two amounts being debited

Hello,

I recently moved from Koblenz to Wiesbaden. In Koblenz, I had one contract for both my internet and phone.  . When I moved to Wiesbaden, I recieved a new customer number. I was told that my customers changed and that there will be no change in my contract (except for an offere where for one year i pay 10€ less) , that my customer numbers will be synced automatically and that I do not need to do anything. However, now I see two amoutns being debited: one by Vodafone GmbH and one by Vodafone Deutschland GmbH. Can you kindly advise why two amounts are being debited?

There is no contract with Vodafone that includes a landline Internet connection and a mobile phone connection. These are both separate contracts.

 

This is justified by the fact that there are various independent companies under the umbrella brand Vodafone that offer the contracts:
Mobile services -> Vodafone GmbH
Cable Internet in North Rhine-Westphalia, Hesse and BW -> Vodafone West GmbH or their regional companies Vodafone NRW GmbH, Vodafone Hessen GmbH & Co. KG or Vodafone BW GmbH

Cable Internet in the rest of Germany -> Vodafone Deutschland GmbH

the credit note of 35,32 Euro ist the last transaction for your old calbe contract in Koblenz. This reimbursement is available because the old and the new connection ran in parallel for a while. There are no other invoices for this old calbe contract.

 

If there are any other deductions, which you can't explain, you can find the corresponding customer or contract numbers on the direct debit or in My Vodafone.

I tried talking to cusomter care  - both Unity Media and Vodafone

 

Unity Media asked me to contact Vodafone. Vodafone told me I still have a mobilfunk contract in Koblenz. Can you help me understand how this may be possbile as my Red Internet & Phone 50 Cable contract was cancelled.

 

I would appreocuate any help. I honesly feel I have been running around in circles since June and do not what to do or who to ask
