Two amounts being debited

Hello,

I recently moved from Koblenz to Wiesbaden. In Koblenz, I had one contract for both my internet and phone.  . When I moved to Wiesbaden, I recieved a new customer number. I was told that my customers changed and that there will be no change in my contract (except for an offere where for one year i pay 10€ less) , that my customer numbers will be synced automatically and that I do not need to do anything. However, now I see two amoutns being debited: one by Vodafone GmbH and one by Vodafone Deutschland GmbH. Can you kindly advise why two amounts are being debited?

In the mean time, another amount has been debited by VODAFONE HESSEN GMBH CO KG  on 30Jul.

 

So therefore I had three amounts debited this month:

  • Vodafone GmbH (05Jul21): 9.98
  • Vodafone Deutschland GmbH (12.07.21): 19.99
  • VODAFONE HESSEN GMBH CO KG (30.07.21): 15.33

I know that you are looking into this but since I noticed this new debit and by Vodafone Hessen which I saw for the first time, I just wanted to let you know.

Hi Eunice,

 

I have now terminated the contract in Koblenz. Of course, you will also be refunded the fees from the activation date (08.06.2021) in Wiesbaden until today. You will then receive a final invoice and a written confirmation of termination.

May I ask, with respect to the customer numbers, will the two be synced so that I see the new customer number when I login? Is there any thing that I need to do?

Hi Eunice,

 

you must add the contract in Wiesbaden in MyVodafone.

 

To do this, go to "Mein Konto" and then to "Vertrag hinzufügen". There you go to "Kabel-Produkt (Nur NRW, BW, Hessen). Then enter the requested data and your new contract will be added to your MyVodafone account.

Dear Lars,

 

Thank you for your advice, I was able to add the contract to my account.

 

You mentioned that the contract has been cancelled, but an amount of €9.98 was debited by Vodafone GmbH on 04Aug21. May I ask what was this amount for? Also, may I ask when will the amounts be refunded, so that I can keep an eye for it?

 

Additionally, an amount of €15.33 was debited by VODAFONE HESSEN GMBH CO KG on 30Jul21. I couldnt not find an invoice for this amount. Can you kindly clarify what was the deduction for?

thanks for your pm.

Based on your screenshots, these are the bills of your cable contracts (old & new). As you can see on the contract numbers and the names of the tariffs.

 

None of them shows the debited amount of 9.99 euros. Do you have a contract with us, e.g. one for mobile?

I have only one contract that covers both the internet and mobile. I also could not understand these different amounts that are being debited because I could not see them in the invoice.

Can you kindly suggest how should I proceed?
