I want to transfer my internet (cable) contract to my roommate. I only speak English, so I'm having some trouble with communication. Can someone tell me how to do this?

Then customer service can send you the required form. You fill this out with your roommate and you both sign it, then you send it back to customer service and the contract takeover should be done within 1-2 weeks.
You will both be informed about this by email.
