My former roommate transferred their contract to me in December 2022.
Whenever I try to get an activation code to register for MeinVodafone, I get this message,
We have tried contacting the customer care and they said that we needed to wait. Even after 6 months, this issue has not been resolved.
I would really appreciate if someone could help with this issue.

Are you sure you have the Kundennummer and not the Vertragsnummer?
In which federal state do you live? In Hesse, Baden-Württemberg and North Rhine-Westphalia you have to use your Kundennummer and birth date.

I have indeed put in the Kundennummer.
