[DE] Hallo, ich möchte meinen aktuellen Kabelvertrag an die neuen Mieter, die die Wohnung übernehmen werden, übertragen. Ich werde Deutschland verlassen, aber sie möchten das Internet behalten, sobald sie eingezogen sind - eine Vertragsübertragung wäre also perfekt.
Ich wohne derzeit in Berlin.
Ist das möglich? Ich habe gelesen, dass ich dafür ein Formular ausfüllen muss, aber ich bin mir nicht sicher, welches das richtige ist (je nach Staat gibt es unterschiedliche Formulare). Wird dafür eine Gebühr erhoben?

[EN] Hi, I would like to transfer ownership of my current Kabel contract to the new tenants who will be taking over the flat. I will be leaving Germany, but they would like to keep the internet as soon as they move in - so a contract ownership transfer would be perfect.
I currently live in Berlin.
Is this possible? I have read that I would need to fill out a form to do this, but I am unsure of which is the correct one (different forms per state). Will there be a charge?
