*** you Vodafone,
I have internet cable plan of 1000MBPS and getting only speed of 200MBPS.
No one ever speaks english even if they know, however they can speak english when they have to sell me an service.
Last Month I called vodafone and complained about internet speed issue which is going on from december 2020, they told me they will give me an discount of 42 euros but today when checked my bills I found out that there is no discount ***ING SCAMMERS.
Now I want discount or see ya all in court.

My question is why Didn't I received that discount??

Tut mir leid, die Geschäftssprache in Deutschland ist und bleibt nunmal deutsch. Und bis sich ein Mod hier melden kann, dauert es derzeit einige Tage. Da kann ich nur um Geduld bitten.

@Torsten There is difference between having a business language and not supporting universal language by intentionally not speaking it.

@Claudia Language can be only better when customers are not SCAMMED, and having replies like "we don't know when line fault will be fixed in area" from your customer care after taking 50 euros/month and in addition to that replying posts of complaint after few days like we are using a free service.

Reality is often disappointing so you better accept VODAFONE's mistake of not able to provide 1000MBPS as per contract from December 2020.

Moreover I am not using vodafone's service for free so you have reply quickly.
