Termination of contract

Hi,

I will move from Berlin to Munich next month and wanted to check if there is any possibility to terminate my Kabel-Internet contract without paying early termination fee in case of moving to another city in Germany. If it is possible, which documents should be submitted? Thanks!

There is no special right of termination if the contract can be continued at the new address. All you have to do is report your move and everything else will be checked automatically. If there is no cable connection at the new place of residence, the contract will automatically be terminated with a period of 1 month, at no additional cost.
