I send a request for termination of contract and received an update that is being processed. Today I received an email asking me to call customer service number (which does not speak english) or post here in the vodafone community.
Therefore I would like to know whats next to conclude the termination and what address should I ship the equipment.

Hi caiosb,
thanks for your pm.
You first sent a notice of termination in a letter on 22 October. This termination was confirmed by letter from 31 October.
Unfortunately, this termination was no longer timely so that it would be effective this year. The contract will therefore end at the end of the regular term on 11 November 2022.
