My router was not delivered, probably because of an error in the address, and it was returned to the sender by DHL. How can I re-order it? I don't speak german so it would be difficult to call the support line.

For support in English use WhatsApp. From the bot there you repeatedly request a Kundenberater until you get forwarded to a human agent. Then the response can take some time, this is no live chat and requests are worked on in chronological order.
