Hello,
My German is still work-in-progress so I got stuck.
I ordered GigaZuhause 100 Kabel but gave the wrong packstation code for the delivery. Tobi told me that I don't have to worry about it because I can still pick up the router from the closest post office but DHL returned the router to Vodafone.
I visited a Vodafone store but they told me they don't have access to required systems. I filled out a kontakt formular but I haven't heard back from Vodafone yet.
How do I fix this without speaking German? Any suggestions?

For support in English use WhatsApp, from the Bot there you repeatedly request a Kundenberater. After you got forwarded, answers will take some time, this is no live chat, requests are worked on in chronological order.
