Return Slip to return the Modem

Hello,

I moved my apartment therefore i have to switch to DSL connection. Now I need to send back my kabel router.

But i do not have any return label/slip. Or Do I have to send it on my own ? Just write the address on the box and send.

if you don't have the original slip any longer, we can't send you another.

Ah okay, I must have lost it in these 4 years.

Anyway, I'll send it back. 

One more thing, I received my DSL router, but that doesn't even have a return label. Is it normal ?

Hey Mukul,

you are right - there is no return label.
You will get one via mail if you decide to cancle the contract (last page of the cancellation confirmation letter) - or if you swap for another router.
