Hallo.
I have ordered a GigaZuhause 100 Kabel to the dhl pack station because didn't know exact date of moving to the new apartment. For some reasons delivery failed and package was sent back to Vodafone. How I can re-order the router?

You have to use the official support channels, for english support forget the phone hotline but try the social media channels or use WhatsApp:
