Hello, i am a cable user and i work in the game industry so my internet experience is mostly linked to online gaming. My internet works fine besides the time period from 9:30pm to 11:00 pm when my average ping is around 200ms so it really hurts. Since there is no EN support - searching this place fo an answer / help. ty

in which state do you live and since when does the disturbance exist approximately? Which router do you use and are the devices connected via LAN or W-LAN?
What speeds do you achieve in the evening hours when you perform a speed test?

I live in Berlin, Danziger str 75, the disturbance i think 1-2 months old, i use the router which is supplied to me by default so FRITZ!Box 6490 and the device (PC) which i have issues with is connected via LAN.
Speedtest gets me ping 100 and 5mbps as download speed.
It starts from 8-9pm and goes away around 10:45 pm (ping back to 20 and speed back to 100), i also checked my network during that time and it seems that there is nothing going on with processes on my PC at this time so it is a network issue

Finally got the answer - From 8 to 15:30 any day except Friday and WE there is access to the equipment and i can show where it is
