Ownership transfer of cable internet

Hello,

I am moving out of my current apartment on the 30th of June 2022 due to the end of my job contract. I would like to know if it is possible to transfer my cable internet contract ownership to the new tenant taking over my apartment from the 1st of July 2022 as my next job and next address both are not yet fixed. Please let me know about the transfer procedure. 

If the transfer is not possible, then I would like to terminate my contract immediately according to the Telecommunications act.
