Not able to understand new contract details - No English support available STRANGE !!!

Hi there,

I raised the request for termination of my 2 years old Vodafone Kabel Deutschland Internet connection and it was supposed to be over by 23rd Jan 2022. But, in the meanwhile I raised a new connection request for Vodafone with good offers from some online ecommerce comparison platform . So, now I received e-mail from Vodafone that we have now revoked your termination and you can keep using it. I am not sure what offer has been applied to me now and will I be treated as a new customer (getting cashback / discounts as per offer) or old customer (which I want to avoid).

You have to meet the condition to receive cashback. This is only new customers who have not had a Vodafone connection in their household in the last 3 months.
You will also not receive the conditions of the agent, as you cannot receive any new customer conditions. You pay the regular list price for your tariff directly.
