I am using Vodafone cable connection. I recently moved to different address with in Essen. I also reported relocation a month back. When I plug Vodafone station in my new location the internet is not working. I am trying to reach customer care from past 2days and couldn’t help me to resolve the issue. Could you please arrange a technician visit to resolve my internet issue.
