Good day,
I have no internet from past 3 months. I have cancelled my contract 3 weeks back and sent router to Vodafone. It's a cable internet I am paying 52 euros per month for no internet. Still no confirmation from Vodafone if contract is cancelled or they will pay me back for last 3 months. Vodafone is aware that the cable server is kaput/ broken in 53179.
I really don't know how this company works and how to cancel the contract and get out of this trap.
