I recently requested Kabel connection and received my router at home, but no contract number or activation code.
It was supposed to be a plug and play but it is not true. Therefore, apart from not having internet (although the white led is on), it is impossible to contact a human and skip the robot in the hotline.
Definitely, this seems more a * than a serious company.
