Hallo.
I moved to Germany recently so i'm not proficient in german yet.
I have a problem: I connected a WLAN cable router and for a few days it worked normally.
Recently,network still exists but without connection to internet, and i can't figure out why,rebooting doesn't help,it doesn't connect to internet anyway. I can't call support by phone.
Is it possible to send a technician to my place or do something else to fix the problem?

Use the online troubleshooter. However, you must be logged into My Vodafone and have added your contract there.
