New customer - NO INTERNET!!!!! 0800-5266625 is useless... can someone help?

Today I got vodafone station, I have connected cables like they mentioned in the manual.

http://192.168.0.1/ shows the Wifi status perfectly, please see the attached screenshot.

HOWEVER, I am still not able to use the Internet. 

I called 0800-5266625, but failed too....

Can you help me on this? Thank you!
