I am a new customer to Vodafone and just concluded my contract online at your website. I received an email with my contract summary which I have now confirmed.
I want to have a painless move and therefore started my contract application before my move-in date for the new address. Today, I just received an email saying that the contract confirmation would be sent to me by post.
I want to know if this contract confirmation or any further activation information about the Cable Internet can be delivered to me by email. Since I would be moving to my new address later, I cannot receive any post there.
I want to proactively avoid any delays or issues with this post. Please kindly let me know what are my options here.

Unfortunately, it currently takes a while until we can answer. Have you already tried the hotline? The colleagues can help you immediately. Perhaps you have someone in your circle of friends who can also make the call in German. In which German state should the connection be made?

I received my contract confirmation by email as my email address was confirmed in the system. Thank you for the help.
